Troy McNabb is proud to begin his first year as Assistant Principal of Student Services at Fullerton Union High School. He brings a wealth of experience in education and student leadership, along with a deep commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school community.
Prior to joining Fullerton Union High School, Mr. McNabb served as the Dean of Students at La Serna High School, where he worked closely with students, staff, and families to promote student success, strengthen school culture, and support student well-being. Before transitioning into educational administration, he taught Social Studies at La Serna High School and in Compton Unified School District.
Mr. McNabb's educational philosophy centers on building meaningful relationships, engaging families and the community as partners in education, and creating an environment where academic rigor and student engagement go hand in hand. He believes that every student thrives when they feel connected, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential.
Outside of school, Mr. McNabb enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife are the proud parents of three daughters, who keep them active and grateful for every new adventure.
