Company and Cadets of the Month

Company of the Semester

The Company of the Semester award recognizes the company that has demonstrated the highest level of excellence throughout the semester. Selection is based on overall cadet participation, attendance, uniform wear, academic performance, drill proficiency, physical fitness, teamwork, esprit de corps, and support of battalion activities. The winning company consistently exemplifies the Army Values of Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage while fostering a culture of leadership, discipline, and excellence. The winning company is recognized during the semester awards ceremony and each member of the company gets a ribbon and the company is recognized at the battalion formation.

Cadets of the Semester

The Cadet of the Semester award recognizes one outstanding cadet from each LET level at the end of each semester who has demonstrated sustained excellence throughout the grading period. Eligible cadets must consistently maintain strong academic performance, excellent attendance, outstanding uniform wear, active participation in battalion activities, significant improvement in drill and leadership skills, and a positive attitude toward learning and service. Cadets must also consistently embody the Army Values of Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage, serving as role models for their peers both in and out of the classroom.

Cadets are selected by the Senior Army Instructor (SAI) and Army Instructor (AI) based on recommendations from the Cadet Leadership Team. Recipients are recognized during the semester awards ceremony and receive a Certificate of Achievement, a commemorative challenge coin, and a special battalion recognition award in honor of their exceptional accomplishments.
